Terms of Service

R2 Mobile Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing in Arlington, Texas and surrounding areas within 20 miles. Prices quoted before service are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the vehicle's condition, size, or requested work differs materially from what was described.

Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to weather, traffic, or the time required by prior jobs. We will let you know as soon as possible if your appointment needs to move. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.

You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the vehicle at the agreed location, including any parking permissions required. Please remove personal belongings and valuables before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We take care with every vehicle we service. In the event of damage caused by our work, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, including paint, trim, or upholstery that is already deteriorated.
